Diverse Partnership Program
Our Diverse Partnership Program (DPP) is designed to foster meaningful collaboration with minority-, women-, disabled-, and veteran-owned businesses in the digital and marketing space.
We seek partners who bring fresh perspectives, creative capabilities, and operational excellence across areas such as content creation, digital strategy, media buying, and technology solutions. Selection is based on expertise, scalability, and alignment with our project needs. Through this program, we support partner growth with access to new opportunities, shared resources, and mentorship in digital innovation, campaign execution, and market expansion.
Diverse Manager Program
Our Diverse Manager Program (DMP) acknowledges the importance of engaging diverse managers to drive competitive returns and promote economic advancement.
Some clients, notably certain public pension funds, prioritize DEI goals or commitments in the selection of firms managing their assets. These clients often have diverse beneficiary bases or are subject to state legal requirements regarding DEI. For instance, a significant institutional client mandated BBM to incorporate diverse managers into its selection process, leading to the inception of the Diverse Manager Program, inspired by the successful model of the Diverse Broker Program.
Diverse Supplier Program
Our Supplier Diversity Initiative prioritizes the inclusion of businesses owned by minorities, women, and individuals with disabilities in BBM’s direct cash payments for goods and services. We aim to double diverse spend and the number of utilized diverse vendors by 2024, while ensuring cost discipline and adherence to vendor risk standards.
